Paul Taylor has been creating innovative and cutting edge modern dance for over 57 years. The forerunner of the stylistic modern dance movement, the company combines ballet and jazz dance with a touch of funk-hip-hop, creating pieces that capture the heart. Tackling social issues while celebrating the sheer joy of the human body, Taylor’s performances are always relevant and compelling.

This exciting, interactive and bilingual exhibit explores the science behind sports. Discover a series of hands-on challenges that allow visitors to test their athletic abilities while learning how their bodies work. Check out the Wheelchair Racers, measure your Vertical Leap, throw a “heater” in the radar-equipped pitching cage, put the squeeze on The Great Grip and more! Sportsology is a traveling exhibition of ScienceWorks Hands-On Museum.

The acoustics are great no matter where you’re
sitting—or dancing—thanks to our state-of-the-art system and the fact that every seat has a great view of the stage. Check out our upcoming events and archives of past shows, join our mailing list, or view the room’s technical specs. You can buy tickets in the gift shop in person, or by phone at 530.896.2198. Gift shop hours are Sunday – Thursday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm & Friday & Saturday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm. Tickets may also be available at the door, but shows often sell out early. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance.

Our shows are open to all ages, and we offer an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages in addition to our line of premium ales and lagers. Hungry? We serve a full buffet style dinner from 6 – 7:30 for $12.50. Choose your seat and eat right at your table before the show.

Unless otherwise noted, doors open at 6:00 p.m. and shows begin at 7:30 p.m. Please, no cameras, video, or audio recording.

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., in accordance with California State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, strictly abides by the Bona Fide I.D. requirements when determining drinking age. An acceptable form of I.D. must be issued by an Official Government Agency (Federal, State, County or City) and must contain all of the following: name, photo, physical description, date of birth and must be currently valid. (Bona Fide I.D. is one card that contains all of these items).
