The “Model T” had a tremendous impact on the daily lives of early 20th century Americans. It completed the transition of automobiles from being “playthings for the rich” to becoming an affordable and durable daily convenience for the average citizen. Mr. Rose will discuss what made the Model T so successful (and still interests collectors today), while other car designs came and went without any lasting impact. Ed is often seen dressed like one of the Keystone Cops and with his wife Elaine, driving their 1913 Model T Touring (named Rosie) in support of Shriners Hospitals and many other charity events. Don’t miss the chance to see this automotive legend up close and
learn what made it special. Come join us on the 3rd Saturday of May for another great presentation!
