The Ebony & Ivory series features local artists on the newly restored 1911 Steinway B Grand Piano, making the Women’s Club one of the most desirable venues in Chico for piano solo and ensemble performance. Proceeds from the concert will help defray the costs of the restoration. The piano restoration is a project by and for the local community. It is in that spirit that this season’s first concert is representative of a wide range of musicians in our community and North State—professionals and students (from high school, college, and post graduate).
